1987, Company name was changed to Fujian Nanan Bearing General Factory, Meishan branch was established.

1995, FK trademark was registered in the Trademark Office of the State.
1995, OTC (Honglai) Housing Co., Ltd. subsidiary company was established.

2000, Implemented second share holding system revolution
2001, Purchased Xiamen Bearing Company Productive assets, and established share holding company OTC (Xiamen) Bearing Co., Ltd.
